I think that the idea of show all this different resources and websites was a good support for all us, because sometimes we have and idea for a lesson but not always we can find the correct material.

ReplyDeleteWe are going to be Teachers in a near future, I hope! and we must use a variety of materials and always change the things to do in our classes, so we have to know different resources to use and apply in the classroom, for example, videos, worksheet, flashcards, songs, games, etc. It's important to review these website about some useful resources to consider in the future.
ReplyDeleteI think that this was a really good activity because the idea to review different ESL resources online will help us a lot in our future as teachers.
ReplyDeleteSome of the pages are divided by levels so I think that it is easier for us to choose what we can use in every class and lesson.
There are a variety of resources such as movies, videos, worksheets, books, listenings, etc.
If we want to be good teachers we should use all these different kinds of materials to be able to achieve that all our students learn (learning styles).
Finally I think that Technology and Mass media are important topics for teacher. We have to take advantage of them everyday.

I think this activity was relevant in order to go deeper in how english learning resources works. Mainly digital resources that are necessary for teach and learn in a more interactive way.

the list of resources of the websites are a interesting idea to help to the teachers to select a technological way to teach , because we are in a century where the media are used by the students of the digital era . the resources in internet are a lot but we don't use those resouces and we continue with the same traditional teaching and our students are not motivated by just listening a lesson because they also are interested in participating, watching videos, using sofwars interesting and entertaining.

ReplyDeleteI'm going to write about the resource I chose ELLA (English Language Lab Asturias) here because there is not a post for it. Well, the advantages of ELLA are that is for free, you just need to register and you'll get a username and password. So you can download most of the resources, videos, audios and pdf. You also can use these on the English laboratory of your school. It could be so useful for High-School students.
